Ronald Pope founded the company in 1962 and is still actively involved in the activities of both the United States and the Canadian company. Ron is a graduate of Urban Land Economics, University of British Columbia and has extensive experience in the middle market area of mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate brokerage, multi family site development together with an extensive quasi- legal background in title conveyancing and mortgage documentation. A recognized dealmaker by Fortune 500 companies through  acquisitions and from Wall Street Investment bankers for his  achievements in a roll-up of Internet Service Providers (ISP'S) in the late 1990's  when he completed over 30 mergers during a three month campaign.  His accreditations include dual licensing as an Intermediary & commercial Realtor in both the United States and Canada, a distinct advantage to clients in both countries.
